TODAY WAS FUN FUN FUN. (:

training was okay, tiring but quite fun. c'mon people, lets get back the stamina we used to have when we had to run 3k every jogging session, run 5 rounds with weights, or run the maris slope/block 12. with that kind of stamina, hohoho, think of what we can do. :D we can do it peeps!

slacked for a (long) while at the ny canteen, when suddenly everybody started talking about neopets -.- okay, i think it's just me, but i don't like computer games. psp, playstation, maple, neopets, gunbound... can't stand them. to me, computers should be used for msn, email, blogging, homework, searching for gerrard/liverpool/milo ventimiglia/heeeroeees etc, & that's about it. heeheeeeee.

then tammy, teng, melissa, merilyn, joey & i headed to the other end of the world, aka tampines, to eat fish & co. and that's where all the fun started.

firstly, the starters that came might as well have been the main course, there was so much. everybody started to wonder how the heck were we supposed to finish it, & we were like 'dang, should've ordered the garden salad' because it turned out that there was not a speck of green on the table throughout the meal.

then the main course came, and everybody went WTH THE FISH IS GIGANTIC. okay, except me, i was happily starting on my pasta & looking gleefully at everybody's helpless faces. hey, i finished some of your food okay. esp the nuggets, ugggh, think i'll never look at fish the same again.

joey hadn't yet recovered from her gastric thingy, so she gave up the minute the main course came. she ate like 2 bites of the fish & declared that her lunch was officially over. but the rest of us, hohoho, we were determined to overcome all odds & not be defeated by french fries and a few huge fried fish.

and so, we tackled our plates with vigour. merilyn turned out to be the champion, she finished her pan the fastest & has earned the eternal respect of melissa, who turned extremely frantic when she realised the fish was seriously bloody huge. ngteng finished second, after shouting 'KAM-PA-TEI' (sp?) and 'BEAN!' about 849413194651387 times. i wasn't exactly in the competition cause i had pasta, but i finished everything edible on my plate okay. mussel shells aren't edible, please remember.

(if you're wondering why i'm writing this like we just fought a long & exhausting battle at fish & co, it's because it was really a fight to finish all the food.)

laughed like shit at fish & co, i think we got a lot of attention. apparently we were so loud joey could hear us from the toilet. which was only a few metres away, but that's bad enough.

and our dear friend ngteng, being the ultimate retard, decided to assume the role of french fry flinger by launching two french fries off her fork into the air with hilarious outcomes.

FIRST FRY: was dipped in the mayo cup at first but landed on her chest in the end. i'm not sure what she was trying to do, but i'll try to think like her for everybody's sake. (tsk, how degrading. BWAHAHAHA. just joking covalent bond.) i think she was wiping the side of the cup? and wiped too hard so it flew off the fork onto her chest.

SECOND FRY: was just happily resting on her fork when it got flung onto tammy's head & bounced off to ultimately land on the floor. 'nuff said, we couldn't stop laughing for a long while.

then after that teng & i went to nail palaceeee. ((: yep, i decided to indulge myself in the luxury of having a pedicure for the first & probably last time. bloody ex, that's what a pedicure is, but it's only gonna be this once. my toe nails are a pretty orange! okay, pinkish-orange. meaning somewhat peachy.

then we drank bubble tea & talked until 7 when i insisted i absolutely had to go home before the mother slaughtered me. so i took the lonely half-hour plus plus trip home, where i met fried salmon on the dinner table and almost puked.

so ends a long & draggy post. buhbye peeps, i'm tireeeeed, but very very happy today. <3

i didn't crawl on the court today :D okay, it's not as if i did a sonicboom either, but i wasn't as slow as i thought i'd be, considering i'm dragging God-knows-how-much excess fats i gained in shanghai.

so, slept for like 4hrs last night. for me to actually be able to last until now, through a match & training, means that i was running on pure adrenaline the entire day. which means i'll be dead to the world by say.. 9pm. i'm gonna be zonked out on my bed, can feel the sleepiness alr.

but! didn't realise how much i missed everybody. hahaha, felt like i hadn't trained in centuries. it was a good feeling, stepping onto the court again. not to say i didn't enjoy my holiday, it was fantastic. i just miss sweating.

HAHAHAHAHA THAT TOTALLY MADE ME SOUND LIKE I HAVE NO LIFE.

today was shopping paradise, went mad and spent like a major part of my budget. well it is my last day buying at those cheap cheap pasar malam kind of places where everybody bargains, so i just splurgggged. woohoo. i've spent the most so far among the three of us, but tomorrow we'll be going to the shopping malls with the real branded stuff. meaning i can't get things at insanely cheap prices anymore cause we're not going shopping on sunday, so i don't think i will be spending alot tomorrow; but ha, who am i kidding. hmmm, see how first.

cramps didn't really affect me today, thank God. the weather is getting better too, feel like i'm walking around in aircon all day. aren't you people jealous? lets see, singapore's temperature is about... 30degrees? hehs. it's below 20 here.

i'm loving this holiday. (: only thing i really really hate is the amount of smoking, like it's everywhere. no wonder this city's on permenant haze.

& this place is bargaining heaven. it's crazy. my aunt is like the best, we feel like we're on a military campaign to wring every last discount out of every shop. i say military because we can stand in the middle of the lane discussing strategies before going into a shop. brilliant, the aunt can be a general.

going out for dinner with the cousins in a while, hopefully it's not that cold yet.

today was fun but not as enjoyable as yesterday cause:
1. i have cramps.
2. my fingers/toes are cold.

the mornings are the worst cause coming out of my warm bed is the shittiest feeling on earth. but the weather's quite good, warmer than yesterday, meaning its like aircon temperature everywhere. but the wind sucks, my nose is dry and painful.

but i've been walking around the whole day, so it's a kind of training i supp. but i've been eating alot, feel fat after only 2 days here. see how i crawl on the court on monday. hahahaha.

but i'm having fun! okay, gotta go now, tell you guys all about it when i'm back.

HEY YA PEOPLE.

wheeee, i'm posting here from shanghai where everybody smokes and the weather is like freeezing. i'm inside the house but my fingers are dying, like zomg. and! my nose hurts, it can fall off and i wouldn't know, cause i can't feel it. it's chilly/windy, but the sun is out, quite nice. i want a big hug now, & someone to warm my hands for me. where are you?

having alot of fun here, went out shopping the whole day, i bought stuff for you guys alr! :D hope you like it, i still have many many more days so maybe i'll get snacks or something to bring back. the cousins are mad (as usual), haven't seen them in quite some time but they look the same. oh, but their school uniform is cool, it's like long sleeve with a navy vest & pants/skirt.

oh! and we saw paris hilton in shanghai today! there was this huge crowd outside this random pearl shop (like, you should have better taste than pearls, eeyuck) and lots of photographers. we were like, huh what's going on, so we stopped and tried to peek in to take a look. all i saw was this blond head, hey i'm not say very tall right, so i couldn't see anything. but then her face went zoom past the window and i was like "PARIS HILTON!" then we stood outside to catch a glimpse of her, yes we are quite the busybodies. actually i don't know why i wanted to see her cause i don't even like her that much, but it's a novelty i guess, to see a celebrity in person.

so we followed the crowd a bit, wanted to see her face. but the people around us were literally shoving others to the floor to see her, like they were getting into fights just to take pictures of her, wth. her bodyguards were like pushing everybody to the side to make way for her & this other guy, i guess it's her boyfriend? oh, she's kinda tall too. she was wearing this shirt with blue & red chinese design, her typical white sunglasses & pink headband. not sure if she was in long sleeves, but i don't think she was. and that's crazy, cause i was near freezing in the streets.

later, when we thought about it, the crowd wasn't as large as we thought it would be, cause many people didn't even know who she was, nobody was calling out her name. noww, if it was justin timberlake, i would've been part of the mob following him and screaming his name. brad pitt would do too, johnny depp as well. hott.

okay, gotta go now, hopefully tomorrow will be as exciting as today. missing everybody over there loads, you guys can email me and tell me how much you miss me too, i would love that. :D and for some reason i can't view the blog, so i don't know how this post is gonna be seen, but i hope you guys can read this. seeya peeps.

Today's one of the hottest day of the year. Walked out to pp under the scorching sun, omg me Maumau & Jeanette were in a terribly pmsy mood and we were sweating like pigs. It was to the extent that jeanette's forehead was chaota, haha it's true go take a look if you're not convinced. Anyhow, we met many many people today. So we met with Brat Tan & Caroline at Orchard, had lunch and watched Bratz. (Obviously, it was the Brat's idea :D) And the movie was not up to expectations and oh my the songs were super duper uber, unforgettable. Caroline's imitation of th detestable song is still ringing in my ears amagad hate it! Bratty Tan Kw is like taller than me :( She used to be a shorty & now she's like above my eye-level haha, she's gonna kill me for this. And and and, it's all her fault that she has muachee(?) on her jacket, not mine! :D Let's see, oh oh Jeanette left her hp in the toilet at Cineleisure! Actually i'm super impressed by her cool & relaxed reaction when she realised it was gone, it was too calm already pls Jea. Today's a budgety day! Haha i haven't bathe yet so i think i should, now.

it is quite possibly, and i say this with all sincerity, the stupidest show i have ever watched. like, we came out of there laughing our butts off and going FRIENDS FOREVER BFF! in this super high-pitched voice. the songs, uggh, don't get me started. they have no tune, i mean the head bitch has nicer songs to sing than the bratz themselves, though the songs were so narcissistic i thought i'd have thrown a shoe at her idiotic face if i was actually at the scene itself.

so yeah, save your time, watch 'i am legend' instead. (okay, all things said, it wasn't THAT bad, there were nice & sweet parts that almost made me cry. but it was just quite.. stupid. ha.)

so! to begin from the start of the day: went for training, stupid movers came again, but training went okay. after that went to slack at the canteen for a leeeetle while before bathing & heading to orchard. ate lunch, then rushed to cineleisure (if that's how you spell it.) because a brat wanted to watch a brat movie. HA. i got stitches just from walking that fast that far, and then it turned out that there were no more tickets at that timeslot. -.- so we had to wait for the next timeslot, which was 4.20.

and so we stoned around, went to buy candy & snacks. and then i found that my phone was missing. like, SHIT. searched through the bag, don't have. inside thinking, shit okay don't panic jeanette it's just at the toilet let's go check there before getting hysterical.

so. sprinted up the damn lonnnngg escalator to the toilet and it wasn't there. by this time i was really going shitshit, but still thinking logically, just go ask the cleaning lady, maybe she saw it. and then the mother of all phone calls came, melissa called to say a nice woman just dropped my phone off with the rest of them, and she was late for her movie but she still went down to give it to them. :D whew, a nice nice old lady had taken my phone, not some idiot. thank God.

and then melissa rubbed her contact lense out of her eye. yep, today was fun. (: miss hanging out with you people like hellll.

heeeheeee then went to j8 & talked to *w and merilyn about _______. hehs.

i still feel full after all the snacks today.

AND THE BEST NEWS IS: the parents are gonna be out of the country this weekend. now, how cool is that? :D i wanna go & paint the town red this weekend, but i have a feeling i'm just gonna be stoning at home. maybe watch dvds till 4am? heeheeheehee. and! i'll be going to shanghai next tuesday, or wednesday morning rather. gonna be missing two trainings, but i promise i'm gonna run over there. not in the open parks though, it's gonna be freezing. shall just go run in the gym, i've never run on a treadmill before. =/

& to quote from merilyn, i think i'm two shades darker cause of training yesterday. and according to everybody, i'm black alr, so being two shades darker than black is... quite an achievement. and my cheeks hurt.

happy birthday yizhen! (: i hope you had fun today, happy 15th!

so, we went out to celebrate ezanne's bday today at marina square. so fun so fun, we ate a quick lunch at pizza hut & then headed to kbox (yep. me, at kbox. the joke of the century huh.) where we shouted & sang & yelled our lungs out for like 4 hours. i think we must have gone through like, near 100 songs? woohoo, cool. english, chinese, cantonese.. so fun luhh.

and huang yizhen has a fantastic voice. she's been hiding it from us all since who knows when, and then today she decided to let us all in on her little secret -.- she sounded like the artist on the screen herself lah, when we'd alr muted the original voices.

and i completely missed the 70 bus that tammy, char & yz was on that i was supposed to catch so that we could all go together to suntec (read: i am a road idiot, hence i kinda need to hang around walking road directories. or else i'm dead.) so i had to take the bus myself.

and so me, being mega road-illiterate, got lost in suntec city on the way to marina square to meet the rest of them AND on the way to the bus stop to go home. hey, suntec city is really big okay, and the signs pointing to who knows where are kinda.. not really misleading, but they're difficult to understand. okay i shall shut up and stop making myself look like an idiot.. after all, what's so difficult to read about a 'MRT (arrow points)' sign? sheesh.

and i got mistaken for an 18 year old! :D mwahahahaha. okay, i know everybody has long stopped being amused by my story, i shall not say anything more.

the bus ride from my house to suntec/suntec to my house is shiooook. half an hour to 45 min of just me, myself, & my music. loves.

i am currently going through the emotionally draining process of clearing my inbox, which is something i really do not like. something always happens when i'm doing it, but in the end when it's all cleared i'll feel really good. going through previous conversations can be funny & sweet, but it can be very tiring, and i always feel a sense of satisfaction when i'm through. i bet some of you are thinking, what's so tough about deleting msgs? it's tough because you have to choose what to keep & what to get rid of, and it always seems like a do-or-die choice. and yes, i delete old msgs one by one. so imagine how long that takes huh, and you'll know the reason for this paragraph. (:

my ipod is begging & yearning for new songs. it's sick of the old ones, so i'm clearing my itunes. uggh, why am i in a spring cleaning kinda mood.
